Ive just looked at your order. And yes our mistake u did ask for it to be put at the side. To that am sorry was our mistake. Your other baguette was correct it was one with coleslaw. If u had phoned shop I would have fixed this and sent other one out at the time. Sorry again

Ordered macaroni & chips - macaroni was on top of the chips so everything was just soggy. Heard a lot about this place but this is my second time ordering and think its over rated. Other 2 had chips cheese n curry sauce they said it was ok.

Sorry u didnt like your Mac and cheese its our biggest seller never had one complaint about. We have put our macaroni on top of chips for 3 years never had that compliant ever. We put everything in to everything that leaves our shop. But once again sorry was not your taste. We use the best and most expensive cheese in shop

Ordered chips cheese and curry and all the chips were raw. Couldnt eat them.

Chips weren't great & don't think the peppercorn sauce had seen a peppercorn in its life - nothing peppery about it, was more like a very bland gravy.Add macaroni cheese to the menu & I might try this place again.An option of cheddar instead of mozzarella would be good also.

Peppercorn sauce is home made and not everyone likes nippy nippy.but I am Sorry I didnt like. And Mac and cheese is our biggest seller and it sells out so fast so was took of scoffble. So by time u ordered it was sold out. Thats why it sells out so fast cause its amazing. Am sorry I didnt like your chips Ive not had one complaint before. But its every taste and sorry I were not happy . And lots who want cheddar cheese put in comments please can I swap mozzarella for cheddar. Thats why comments option is there

Everything was good except my cajun chicken wrap was very very salty and I couldn't eat it I buy alot from here and everything is usually amazing... Just won't order that wrap again

The macaroni was a bit dry and didnt have much taste.... the wee one never ate the macaroni and he loves macaroni. The toastie didnt come with salad or colelaw as stated on there menu.

Chixken curry was very dry loads off rice not so much sauce couldnt eat it and nan puzza was like roasted cheese ..could just peel the cheese in one clean off ... curry would off been nice thou if there was just more sauce to match all the rice

The food was awful but that wasnt the worst part of my experience. Young girl doing the deliveries - knocked door, I answered and said hello, she ignored me and didnt even look at me. Proceeded to half heartedly hand me my food - good job I was paying attention as she wasnt. If it wasnt for my two hands, the food wouldve been shoved anywhere as she wasnt looking whatsoever. Continued not to speak or look at me and just walked away. Customer service skills lacking HUGELY. When I messaged the takeaway about this he proceeded to tell me his food wasnt awful. Well, sorry sir, as a customer Im entitled to judge the food and it was AWFUL. His answer about his delivery girl wasnt much better. Avoid. Food is disgusting. Girl needs sacked. So does the owner actually.

I mailed u and you told me you didnt like the food. I cant control your taste buds thats how u mailed me bk saying u didnt like the food. I cant see how I am to blame for that. For u not to like it If there was something wrong with it then fare play. I tried to fix it But u blocked me. As of the girl she was only a kid I told her to wear her mask and just give customer the food and thats it with all thats going on. And to say I should be sacked I put everything into my shop and try to fix a problem but as I said cause u didnt like the taste I cant be blamed for that we all like different things and this was not for u and thats fair enough. Everyone who knows me knows I will go that extra mile for my customers
