Food was poor

Tasteless and sauces like water wont be back again

Barbeque ribs were fine.Special fried rice was awful ,stodgy rice ,no taste and disappointing

I don't like chips that are re heats, they are hard, food should be freshly cooked

Chips werent cooked. Rice was Luke warm. Normally food is good.

Not a great one. Chips were over cooked and almost plain. Real shame as this place is generally top notch.

Disappointed. Was barely warm and chicken was oily.

Smelt off and tasted sour they brought new batch but was met with attitude and rudeness by the guy at door who was one of their workers and second batch was also sour and tasted rotten last time use here

Texture of chicken to soft makes it not pleasant to eat.Managed to eat two pieces before binning.

Food was amazing and arrived hot but unfortunately it took over an hour and a half and 2 calls to takeaway before it arrived.

For some years now we have always ordered from Jimmy Wans. We have stayed in different addresses in EK but really enjoyed the quality of the Chinese from Jimmy Wans. Was really disappointed tonight with the Chicken Satay. The chicken was rubbery, the onions were not nice tasting and the Satay sauce was very watery. Having had this dish before from yourselves l was not impressed with the quality at all.

I order from here all the time, the set meal for 1 is always superb, however tonight both my soup & curry had emptied into the bag, the soup lid had a large hole in the centre, noodles & broth all over the place & the thai curry lid had loosened, the meal was everywhere, complete waste of money, was binned.

I ordered salt & chilli chips & combination chow mein Both were horrible .Chips were definately heat ups with no salt & chilli . I paid 4.80 for a portion of dried up reheats . The meat in the chow mein was so fattg i gave it to my dog the couple of bits of chicken i got was edible and nice and the 2 king prawns were okay .

The fried elements were poor-everything felt like itd been done in a duvet and not much left overs

Use this take away a lot. ordered something different tonight , king prawn in seasonal veg with oyster sauce and boiled rice , it arrived snd it was king prawns with large spring onions nothing else no mushrooms peppers onions tomatoe nothing! So I called to complain and I was told that the one single veg in the fish was seasonal ! Ok then, not the response I expected from a popular take away, the prawns where nice the sauce was tasteless and there is only to many extra large spring onions or leeks or whatever we they are you can eat ! Very disappointed!

Ingredients appeared cheap, prawn crackers had a strange taste, and when it arrived was cold would never use again

Chicken was very chewy, not to the same quality as previous orders.

Far too long and food was cold. 1hour 50 mins

Cold old chips wont use again
