1 hour 45 min from order accepted and food wasnt the hotest plus very greasy but might be because it cooled a bit usually good but not to impressed tonight

My order was cancelled not for the first tme

Delivery was 30 mins late.. food was cold.. no apology from delivery guy.. terrible service not sure why I paid £3 for very late very cold food.. awful experience.. would like some feedback on this

I didnt enjoy the nacaroni cheese it was all dried up not nice

Everyones supper was cold always have a brill supper from you but saturday it was late wet every supper paper and cold did not enjoy at all i was £39 as i had my son and his family at home with me.

Food was good but took over an hour to come first time used delivery and wont be again shop is only 10 min walk and ordered for opening

Order was over an hour late. That would have been OK but the fish and chips were stone cold and greasy and not fit to eat.Would never order again. Has there been a change of owner?

The batter on the fish and the sausage was far to over cooked as it was so hard to cut into , very dissapointed as we normally love the food from here

Waited over 2 hours for the delivery and also phoned 3 times and was told they were waiting for the delivery driver to come back. They should really have more delivery drivers if thats the case

Chips were very good as they had just been cooked. Dressed fish was overcooked, breadcrumbs were hard and fish was shrunken and dry. My last order of the same food was a lot better.

Unfortunately not complete order received, missing curry sauce to accompany meal

Last time we ordered we had bones in the fish. Thought wed try again but this time there was 13 bones in the fish. 1 is excusable, 2 or 3 not good but 13!! Thats ridiculous. Curry sauce was like water. Loads of chips where black. Big portions just a shame we couldn't eat the fish / lots of chips or curry sauce

Found hair on my food and it gave me food poisoning wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy

Food arrived nearly one hour after estimated time. Fish was OK but chips were cold. When I called was told driver had just left- he arrived 30 mins later for a 10 mins journey.

Delivery driver was given wrong address so food was Luke warm when it arrived

had to phone me twice to find the house and took over an hour and the chips were not nice.

Food was great, very pleased but they brought two cans of Diet Coke when I ordered diet iron bru 😞

Was quite disappointed this time. The fish was lovely but the chips weren't cooked enough most of them hard and crunchy. The previous times of ordering everything was lovely.

Disappointed with order chips had bad aftertaste and fish was soggy batter because the container it was in

I ordered haggis which was tasteless and sausage which was soggy. Also it wasn't very hot. I will say though that delivery was fast and driver very pleasant
