Bad delivery service firstly they cant tell you how long it takes for you to get what you order and each time i called shop was told waiting on driver to collect my food even with a space of half hour between calling at one point so it was no surprise my food was frozen and they even melted the lid of the curry dip they call curry sauce and there salt n chilli box well lets just say only thing chilli was non heat from food as definitely was as plain as my other portion of food that wasnt labelled as salt n chilli lol so rather disappointing overall

I ordered Mac & cheese and there was no taste to it, it was like they forgot to add cheese, very bland and also had a taste of the plastic box it came in. Wont be ordering this again, i'll stick to pizza next time

It took 1 and a half hours for the delivery to turn up. I was close to cancelling the order .

Have used this takeaway several times now but this time the food wasnt great. Curry sauce was absolutely disgusting; tasteless and very watery. Didnt arrive with the original order and to be fair to the staff after I called to advise them, it arrived very quickly afterwards. Was a shame as it was inedible. Standards are slipping at Pizza Stop, please dont let that happen as I enjoy ordering from your takeaway
