The toastie was disgusting far too much cheese for a toastie not able to eat it unfortunately luckily I ordered chips

The food I had delivered was ok, not as good as Ive had before when sitting in or collecting it myself. Although cooked well, it was cold and squashed as the bottle of juice I ordered was sat on top of it. The filling in my panini could have been better distributed as most was in one half and hardly any in the other. For the price, Id expect more of the filling too! Definitely a different service from being in the cafe or collecting yourself.

The chicken was pink and there was a hair in the food. Disappointing as the service and quality of food is normally great.

Order was cold and food was soggy! Macaroni was in a tub just a big lump of macaroni and cheese

Not the usual standards from The Terrace Cafe. Square sausage burnt, links seemed undecooked. Rolls not pleasant at all.

After 2 hours 37 minutes waiting on our food is not what I would call acceptable and no apology or explanation

No great taste to our food and used to order frequently during first lockdown. Second time in in a couple months most of the food has been binned, far to much chips not enough macaroni.

We ordered food at 12:51 and was told delivery would be 1hr 10 min and we waited 1hr 55 min for it.

It took 1hr 30mins and arrived barely warm. I asked for Chicken tikka with red onion and cheese....i got chicken and cheese. No tikka flavour/sauce and no onion. It wasn't enjoyable 😕

I was disappointed by the breakfast rolls. One tiny sausage and 2 bits of bacon on 2 massive rolls. Not worth the money.
