The food was really bad, a chicken curry full of large mushrooms, peas, onions and other vegetables....I have never had a chicken curry with so many other items in it. The chicken was dry and i could not eat it.The Cantonese style chicken was not crispy but soggy with dry chicken inside: which you could not taste as it was mainly batter. The fried rice also had large lumps of scrambled eggs which we had to lift out of the rice. If you can't cook the food fresh you should not serve it. Really awful Chinese would not return.

Spring rolls were covered in batter abd filled with an inedible mush. Allegedly honey chilli beef had no flavour. Will not use agian.

We ordered sweet & sour prawns Cantonese style. What we got was so deep-fried and coated in thick batter it was hard to tell what it was. We realised, however, after several very chewy mouthfuls, that it was not prawns, which is what we had ordered. The beef dish we also ordered was marginally better but was on the soggy side and lacked taste. I would like to have left a better review but could not honestly do that.

High volume, lacking in taste.

Crispy shredded chicken was not crispy. Kung Po appeared to be in the same sauce as the crispy shredded chicken Some of the chicken was chewy. Not impressed with the food here.

Not much going for it Im afraid. Chicken was unbelievably tough as was the 1/4 crispy aromatic duck, maybe because it was off the bone it was very dry, the only good thing was that there was very little of it. Either a very small duck or it was a 1/6.Ribs not good, little meat on them. Dumplings either dried out or soggy depending upon which side you tackled them. Squid was okay but being a take away was inevitably soggy.Oh, and we waited an hour and a half for delivery.I dont usually leave reviews good or bad but this did merit it.Probably not the fault of Wokness, but Scoffable dont give a delivery time until after youve paid, unlike all the competitors. Maybe they should update their software. May just go to just eat next time and make a judgement call whether to walk a distance and pick it up myself.

Very very late, food cold. Have had better experiences previously so doubly disappointing.

It took nearly two hours to deliver the food but the food was excellent as ever.

Only when wed paid were we told it was a 1hr 20 wait for delivery. Which was then actually 1hr 50. The offer of a couple of cans of juice to make up for this is laughable. Food was cold. Obviously been sitting out for some time. Used to order from here regularly. Wont be back.

It is a quantity over quality kind of place.

the food wasn't ready at the collection time, had to wait another 20min beyond the collection time. Items ordered weren't available so a substitute had to be made. Food average.

Didnt taste like a CHINESE meal. Bland too much garlic and salt. Mushy fried rice. Although veg and chicken were fresh.

The 1/4 duck was 50% fatty skin, delivery took an hour and there were gelatinous lumps in my prawn dish.

none of the food we got was up to parr with other take aways in the area.the chips & prawn crackers looked days old, the different beefs werent nice and the chick balls were huge but not too good.the ice & sauces were ok.wouldnt recommend & wont use again

Food delivers half an hour early

HAVE HAD 3 MEALS FROM THIS PACE 1ST WAS REASONABLE 2ND WAS TERRIBLE GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT LAST NIGHT FOR THE 3RD MEAL..... ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. FRIED RICE WAS LIKE MUSH LOADED WITH GARLIC. SPRING ROLL MUSH WITH GARLIC. BANANA FRITTER SOGGY. LAST TIME EVER WOULD NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY STARS FOR FOOD. OR RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. DRIVER NOT EVEN A THANK YOU SAD.

Good food but ordered for 7.30pm arrived 7.50 pm.

Poor Customer Service 70mins waiting time on a Wednesday evening
