We have made it very simple to use. To make an order enter your postcode and this displays a list of all the takeaways that deliver to you. You then click on a takeaway of your choice and browse through the menu adding any items you wish which will appear in the basket on the right hand side. To finish you click checkout then enter your details, choose your address and pay either by card or cash. We do the rest.

Scoffable is the fast and easy way to order from your takeaway. We allow you to browse quickly all the takeaways that deliver in your area with the best offers and the most up to date prices.

Yes, we use SSL to encrypt all information during transmission to and from our servers. This means that your card details (and other personal details) cannot be intercepted by a third party. Look for the green extended validation bar and padlock in your web browser.

We are always looking to expand our selection to give you a greater choice, however if there is one in particular you would like to see online please contact us and we will do our best to sign them up.

If your order is late or hasn't arrived we would advise you contact the takeaway directly as they will be able to give you the most up-to-date status of your order. All contact details for the takeaway will be detailed in your confirmation email.

At the checkout page you will be given the option to pay by Credit/Debit card online or in cash when the delivery driver arrives at your door (or when you collect in person).

Contact details for the takeaway will be provided in your order confirmation E-Mail.

No, Scoffable does not permit the inflation of menu prices, you pay exactly the same amount for items on the menu as you would over the phone.

Please contact the takeaway directly using the number provided in your confirmation E-Mail and let them know that you intend to place another order using your credit/debit card. The first cash order will be cancelled.

Make sure you are logged in, return to the Scoffable home page and enter your new postcode. Place an order as usual and the address will automatically be added to your account.

Although we process all refunds immediately, it will typically take between 3 and 5 working days to reach your account and appear on your statement. This time frame can vary depending on your bank/card issuer and is not something we are able to control or expedite.

Yes, we accept all American Express cards.
