amazing service i made a mistake n was fixed and some for me thank you very much

I ordered two curries along with garlic rice, onion bhajis, chicken puri all the accompaniments were lovely and very tasty. The disappointment lies in the curries, i ordered a karahi and a punjabi handi, the punjabi handi having been one Ive never had before. Ive got to say I couldnt tell the difference because both were heavy with cream, one had a slight Smokey after taste but Ive never known a karahi to have cream in it. It was thick and ultimately unpleasant. The karahi is my go to usually when getting Indian take out elsewhere and are usually all quite predictably the same, slightly spicy with peppers and onions and fresh whole chillies, but yesterday, had the name not been written on the Punjabi handi lid Id have had no clue which was which. Theres no mention of cream in either of their descriptions on the menu and having had many Karahis it was disappointing. The accompaniments saved it from being a lower rate.

Food is always amazing. Had a chicken tikka tandoori main meal. Chicken was perfect, beautiful salad, rice, curry sauce, spiced onions and cucumber dip sauce all fab. Very tasty.

First time ordering from Bay leaf bathgate and my friend and I were delighted with the food,we will back,will recommend to anybody who hasn't been to bay leaf,it's a must 😋
