chips and curry sauce was poor no sauce

Burger terrible, ,chicken kebab?? Oddest one I've ever seen chicken is like what would go on pizza, pitta bread rock hard, even trying to pull bits apart isn't easy fit for bin, no salad ,Nachos over priced for what you get as is the £6 banana milkshake Chips decent but just what you'd expect Not often I leave bad reviews but avoid this place

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and chicken donner came in the wrap and it tasted like rubber in a wrap 🤢. Wont be going back to this takeaway.

Mixed vegetable Donner calzone did not come with Donner phoned to explain and the guy on the phone could not care less couldnt wait to get off the phone. Lost a customer there like

Food is terrible

It was nearly 2 hrs late by the time i recieved my order and the service from guy delievering was unpleasent when i asked why it took so long too get here his reply was " i can only go one speed" handed me food then left

Food was freezing cold. Driver delivered a second order for us and the second one was not hot either. Driver claimed that the food was just out the fryer which I do not believe as the food was not as warm as it should be. When contacting burger bun to say that the food was cold the first time the driver was nothing but rude. When the second order came not only was the food still cold, the chicken was pink and not cooked properly. The fries were also under cooked. Food was binned, such a waste of money. When requested a refund was contacted by email to say that we could not receive a refund because I had apparently said to the driver that the food was hot which I did not. Absolutely unacceptable, will not be ordering from there again.

Order was 2 hours late the driver had the brass neck to call me an idiot for asking if he got lost doner meat was black and frozen double cheese burger was stuck to the box seriously keep your money order literally anywhere else
