Tried phoning the store 3 times 30 minutes after the estimated arrival had passed no answer or update on whether the food was out or if the driver had even showed up to take the delivery. Id rate 8/10 for the food and a 4/10 for customer service just based on not answering calls.

Texas BBQ burger meal was rubbish. Burger was not two quarter pounders as advertised (photo available), there was one onion ring, not two as advertised. The meal came with a handful of chips (there were more chips with the kids meal I ordered). The two sugar free drinks I order came as the sugary versions. Used to order this meal regularly, thats how I know they have reduced the size and quality. I will never order again. There are too many options available to accept this garbage from Dhillons

Food was ok but cold and soggy as it took twice as long as normal to be delivered.

Estimated 40 min delivery took 1 hour and 50 mins. I did call after 1 hour to be told food was still in the takeaway and would be leaving soonPakora was good. Curry sauce was ok. Lamb to big chunks snd extremely tough. Not a good experience.

Very soggy food and undercooked waited 1 and half hours for the food and it was horrible the juice was warm and the chips were under cooks the Nan was even soggy

Ment to be large mix kebab 2 bits of donner meat 1 bit of Shia 4 small bits of chicken what a rip off and cold did not arrive on time had to call twice asking weres my food

Ordered a plain burger and even stated in the notes it was to be plain still came with all the sauce and cheese on it the chips were also cold what a waste paid cash to even gave the driver a tip

Spent 40 pounds for them to forget part of the order, sent a tub of uncooked mushrooms. I ordered a side of mushrooms and they came uncooked they hadnt even attempted to cook them! Put them straight in a tub uncooked! When the delivery driver arrived, 2 hours after ordering i explained some of the order was missing he just turned round and said i dont know im just a driver. No help with phoning the company to ask where it is or anything he just walked away. I phoned the company and they said do you want the rest now or later... i said well now would be great. Never turned up with the rest. Also our order included ice cream - didnt even resemble ice cream! Was just water! Will not be using this place again absolutely disgraceful!!

When you spend over £30 you expect an adult portion of food not a kids and when you order mix kabab I only got 3 slices of doner and chicken, this is not a mix kabab the only good thing about the order was the pizza was good

Burgers were really dry and chewy, kebab meat was cold when it arrived

Good points the delivery was fast and the juice was ice cold. Bad points the pizza was smaller than 12 inches was not cut properly the wedges were cold and had no seasoning as we had requested and paid for the burgers were in the wrong boxes with the chips with seasoning could have been a nightmare of had allergies and the cookie balls we were supposed to get never arrived. Wont be ordering again.
