Quality has went downhill big time plus they delivered the order wrongly!

Order was a complete joke! Bought a doner kebab with no chilli sauce and it came smothered in it which eventually they agreed to send a new one out and ordered a chicken tikka hoagie no where on just eat, scoffable or their own web page does it state that this is a doner meat hoagie and being someone who cant eat lamb I had to bin it as when we called we were told it was scoffables fault for not having it in the description even though its the restaurants responsibility to update the apps with information! No replacement offered and no money back!

Amazing food cooked very well and nothing was forgot

The food was ok. Not as hot as could have been. delivery was good. Time waited on it was not too long. I would give Dhillons another order.

Tried phoning the store 3 times 30 minutes after the estimated arrival had passed no answer or update on whether the food was out or if the driver had even showed up to take the delivery. Id rate 8/10 for the food and a 4/10 for customer service just based on not answering calls.
