Chips were cold and soggy chucken was dry

Soon as i ate it i brought it back up in my friens about 15mins after i ate idont think ill be do that agan

Chips were cold think they had been cooked when order was placed then delivery the hour and twenty minutes later. Its certainly not normal as the food here is normally piping hot. Definitely disappointing.

Late and cold

Took 2 hours and was cold.

Food was under cooked cold and took ages to come.

Hair in food, everything was soggy

For the first time disappointment not blaming delivery driver but almost an hour late and luke warm

Soup was too greasy and rice was burnt

Food was supposed to take over an hour to arrive. After a phone call, it arrived in just under 2. Look warm and needed to be reheated before I could eat. That's the second time that's happened. Dont think i'll be bothering again 😒

Wait an hour over the time for delivery and when you phone up everytime they say there waiting on the driver coming back. Good food but delivery is terrible.

My order was over two hours late. When it did arrive, it was lukewarm and that is probably generous. Will not be ordering again and I would not recommend.

Had to wait over 3 hours to get my order delivered, phoned twice, got told only 1 driver, when food arrived it was cold and had to be re heated in microwave, will definitely not be using this company again.

Waiting sooo long for our ordered and when we got it some of the food was cold and soggy disappointing as love this little place.

Ordered 2 simple quick meals at 4:30pm and wasn't delivered until 6:35pm Just not good enough for any delivery service. I would highly recommend taking on more drivers to get the food out on time to customers. It's a shame too cause the food is amazing, it's the deliveries that's letting this takeaway down.

2 hours and 35 minutes to recieve the order Food was good but if they cant fulfil the order with the time frame they shouldn't accept it. 1 hour 20 mins a was long enough estimate for a local establishmentChips and rice with curry sauce in the same container had no sauce on the rice and that was the point of having it together.

Ordered at 1715. 1 hour delivery quoted for living 10 mins from takeaway. Had to call and chase up order at 1850. Delivery finally turned up at 2000. Food was ok but I'd never take the delivery option again.

We waited 2hrs for our delivery and the estimated time was 1 hour we had ordered Chinese and Indian and we had received the Indian from Linlithgow and all eaten by time Chinese came. Really disappointing as we like the food

Onion rings great satay sauce great main dish nor great prawns good

Food was delicious, cannot fault it but waiting over 2 hours for delivery is a joke. Estimated delivery time was 1hr10mins, it was another 50 mins on top of that before the food arrived. Suggest finding a different driver / delivery company as seems to be a pretty common complaint.

Ordered online for collection, ended up waiting a further 30 minutes in the shop, when our order was eventualy ready they got it wrong. Got the food home and some kf it was cold. Not great

Wait two hours

2 hours!! For a delivery gravy was lumpy chips were over cooked & chewy and chicken chow mein was full off mushrooms and not the best at all! Wouldn't order again

If I had it I would placed at 5:22 8:30 still waiting

I only live a 10min drive from this place and it took 2hrs for my food to arrive and they forgot my juice, the food was amazing when i finally got it but the wait was way too long.

First Oder had to be amended as no lemon sauce took an hour and 50 mins for delivery wrong items delivered finally god 2nd choice food delivered 2 hrs and 20 mins from original order being placed
