The delivery was estimated at 45-50 minutes. Was over an hour and a half. Could understand if it was a busy weekend but it was a Monday night. The food on arrival was luke warm at best with the chips cold and solid. The salt and pepper chicken was nice though but sadly the rest of the order wasn't good.

Based on food alone, excellent! Based on customer service, not good. Every time we have ordered from Full House the delivery has been delayed by at least 15 minutes. Today it was delayed by 30 minutes. I called twice to ask where order was. First time we were told order on way but a lot to deliver. Second time I called, they said person delivery nearby. The guy gave us the bag in a rush, no hello, apology or bye.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it and we're glad you enjoyed the food. we want to apologise for our delay and the disappointment with the driver's actions. Due to high volumes of deliveries during the weekends, we can only deliver some orders at a time (an average of 3-4 deliveries) which causes some deliveries to be delayed and it would be quicker for you to collect said meal. Second time coming to this Chinese, Ordered through Scoffable in shop with my dad as I didnt have cash and food was made up really quickly, was amazing again definitely always my go to Chinese, the soup is amazing and the curry sauce is banging definitely recommend.

I was disappointed with the food having seen the reviews, this was my first time ordering and thought I would give it a try. I ordered £20 worth of food and didn't get any prawn crackers with the order and the noodles were like mush, very much overcooked and saturated in soy sauce. I would be very reluctant to order again.
