Wait two hours

2 hours!! For a delivery gravy was lumpy chips were over cooked & chewy and chicken chow mein was full off mushrooms and not the best at all! Wouldn't order again

If I had it I would placed at 5:22 8:30 still waiting

I only live a 10min drive from this place and it took 2hrs for my food to arrive and they forgot my juice, the food was amazing when i finally got it but the wait was way too long.

First Oder had to be amended as no lemon sauce took an hour and 50 mins for delivery wrong items delivered finally god 2nd choice food delivered 2 hrs and 20 mins from original order being placed

Took ages and had to wait over an hour from my agreed pick up time to collect. Wont be in a rush to go back.

Got chicken instead of beef payed extra for 1 dish to be spicy and the other 1 came spicy

Completely tasteless.

Food took over 2 hours to be delivered and it was cold and stodgy by the time it got here. Defo will not be ordering from there again

Took too long to arrive and when it did was cold and soggy, never had that issue before, delivery driver wasnt the best either

Tried again as its our favourite Chinese in gmouth and almost a 3hr wait the man on the phone didnt offer an apology, just a casual its on way and then took another hour. wont be returning.

3 hours to arrive

Took almost 2 hours, chicken balls were soggy and the chips were awful

Waited 3 hours for the delivery 😴

Took nearly 3 hours for delivery and when called not even an apology for the wait

No delivery after almost 2 hours when I called they said another 1/2 hour so order cancelled

3 hour wait, and food still hasnt arrived.

I waited 3 hours for my delivery the chips were stuck together in one lump as probably sat for so long

Ordered a Full fat cola in which never got given it only ordered it as im type 1 diabetic and my bloods were running low so only reason i ordered and when it got delivered i told the delivery person about my cola which he said he never even got given a can of cola to give which he was kind enough to give me £2.

I received total wrong order, delivery guy said he'd come back with my 2 missing cans of cola and not to complain to shop, so waited on him coming back and discovered he wasn't coming back and saw I had someone else's order by then to late food was cold, won't be ordering again was becoming a reqular customer aswel

Food was over 2 hours to be delivered and tasted like that too Communications from yourselves was great though

Took 2 hours and 20mins to arrive the rice was mushy woth next to no sauce n all the shop could say was sorry we are busy

I placed my order at 17:58 for delivery at 7 pm, finally got it after 8pm, this is ridicules, plenty of notice for my order, not much help when I contacted Scoffable, never had an issue before until tonight , ,

food was 45 minutes late. It was cold and soggy, nearly inedible.

1.5hrs late, missing items, food started to go stale from sitting for so long
