Chips were cold. Main dish had no flavour. surprised as had used here before and it was nice.

I'm a regular customer at FullHouse but on this occasion the food when delivered was warm to cold... Soggy and dry. We ordered at 5:15pm and got food delivered at 7:15pm a first time disappointing experience for us.. The food here is always great and deliciously tasty so I'd say I would recommend but maybe not the delivery service.. In future I will be ordering and collecting myself.

Thought it would have been bigger also didnt contain any sauce I.e curry sauce which mega disappointed in

After waiting an hour and 45 mins the chips and soup were cold.

Ordered at 21.08 got delivered 23.30 was cold and inedible went straight in the bin, absolute joke and so angry was looking forward to a Chinese all week and set myself to have one tonight

Never had a problem with full house until tonight, found a piece of metal shaving in my food. Wont be using this service again.

The delivery was estimated at 45-50 minutes. Was over an hour and a half. Could understand if it was a busy weekend but it was a Monday night. The food on arrival was luke warm at best with the chips cold and solid. The salt and pepper chicken was nice though but sadly the rest of the order wasn't good.

I was disappointed with the food having seen the reviews, this was my first time ordering and thought I would give it a try. I ordered £20 worth of food and didn't get any prawn crackers with the order and the noodles were like mush, very much overcooked and saturated in soy sauce. I would be very reluctant to order again.
