Dont know what is happening behind the scenes but I can honestly say the food is going down hill

Ordered chicken curry and the chicken was grey definitely not chicken breast. Chips were ok. Curry sauce was thick and bland

Selected the Hoi Sing as it was local, big mistake.The hot and sour soup was sweet and tested of tomato ketchup, the ribs were very bland and the beef with black bean sauce was disgusting, way too much sugar and the meat was like rubber.Ate the ribs because I was hungry the soup and beef went down the toilet.Not what I was expecting from a scoffable listed takeaway would never use or recommend the Hoi Sing

Estimated delivery was 40 mins took 90 mins food was cold, part of order missing rest of food was full of salt.

2 hour wait and we had to heat the food up before we could eat it

Meat was literally black and grey in the curry the rest was decent

Food turned up after an hour and a half, when it turned up it was in a soaking wet box and freezing. Phoned restaurant, they sent another after 45 mins. They must've rubbed the munchy box in scotch bonnet chillies. I like spicy food, I regularly eat south indian, i can handle heat. This was horrendous, it's actually burnt my lips and tongue, can't even have a cup of tea. Worst chinese I've ever had, absolute rip off. Never again
