Order placed at 9.27pm on a Wednesday night. They then confirmed/accepted the order 10 minutes later (after I called them to ask them to confirm it!) Email stated delivery in 1 hour. 10.30pm called the shop as no sign of delivery, to be told it would be 10 mins. 10.50pm delivery arrived. I ordered a 16 double chicken pizza deal with kebab 2 cans of coke & chips. There was no kebab & chips were stone cold frozen! The pizza was barely even hot. Called the shop in front of the driver and told them about missing item & also the food was cold. He then took it back to shop & told us that he would make it fresh & send it up in 20 mins. 11.15pm I then called the shop as they close at 11pm to then be told driver on way will be 5 mins. 11.25pm driver arrived. 2 hours waited on delivery not even a weekend night, the food was terrible. Everything had been reheated nothing was made fresh at all. The reason we know this is because the chips were caked in grease, the kebab was like rubber & the pizza was rock hard! We called the shop again and told them this is unacceptable & there was no apology. Please stay clear of this shop as reading previous reviews this is a regular occurrence. £24 out of pocket to a meal that ended up in the bin! 2 hours wasted and 4 phone calls later. Will never eat from here again!

The food was tasty but the order was about an hour later than the 50 minutes quoted when ordering.I phoned them and they apologized and I was not in a hurry so didn't mind as long as it was on its way.I have ordered from them before and this is the first time this has happened so it was probably just a one off.
