never usually got a bad word to say but waited over 2 hours for my delivery. paid for salt and chilly chips which I didnt receive and also didnt receive my dips that I paid for. might be pennies but Im sick of not receiving them.

Extremely disappointed, ordered king prawn, received a phone call from shop after placing order to advise the had no king prawn and would I like standard prawns or chicken, I said no and to cancel the order. They advised not to worry they could get king prawn. Order came it was normal prawns, contacted the shop, which they claimed it was king prawns defo wasnt. I also ordered a garlic nan, sent a plain one which was inedible as was so hard. wasnt offered even a refund of the difference of cost. Said would put something extra in next time I ordered. Will never be ordering again £20 down the drain.

Cold food arrived after closing.I understand theese things happen when things are busy but no attempt to resolve bad customer service won't be ordering from kebab king again

Ended up getting beef in one of my currys what I didnt order, didnt get one of my naan bread after paying for it

Service was terrible. I ordered my food at 12:04 and was told estimated delivery would be an hour but I never received my food until 01:50. When I phoned asking about where it was they just kept asking me my address and telling me I was the next delivery but it just wasnt coming.

The food was lukewarm warm when it arrived and the chips were disgusting and tasted of the cooking oil and they were also soggy not crispy

Normally love this place but chips were so dry and cooked too many times didnt actually have any chip in the inside calzone was also really dry maybe just a busy night

order from here lots, but the box deal had Beverly any chips n most were hard, little cheese, with the smallest chicken pakora ive seen. n donner meat shove on the top, the box was half empty. sad as great delivery and donner meat,

Got a curry and was not even one fillet of chicken in the dish. 5 tiny pieces swimming in sauce. I would not pay the money . Poor value for money .

Donner meat was literally inedible, Grey meat? Thats not doner, thats a warning sign. Terrible experience.
