The rest of the order was delicious, but the pizza arrived cold/cool

They take to long to deliver its the second time this month ive ordered from them 1st time was an 1hr20mins to deliver and this time was 1hr and 30mins. I was litterly dialling them to cancel my order when it arrived was so annoyed. I wont be ordering from them again.

Delivery took over 1 1/2 hours to get here. .

Delivery time is shocking

Food was ok but 2 and a half hour wait is unaceptable. The delivery charge is 3.50 for this i want a much better service. When i called to see how much longer,2hours at this point was told aww not much longer,no apology or anything not happy!

Delivery was almost 2 hours and was like warm when it arrived. Called the restaurant after 1 hour 40 minutes to see how long it would be and the operator talked over me twice and didn’t seem to care that I’d been waiting so long. We order from kebab king regularly and the food is really good but poor customer service and extensive waiting times for ‘fast food’ is likely to stop us visiting again. Waiting times have been getting worse and worse for the last 6 months so whatever problems they are having with deliveries obviously isn’t being addressed
