Expected a long wait for delivery but was stone cold when it got here and very dry and chewy

Took far to long to deliver

Chicken wasnt cooked properly and had to be thrown out

Didnt get what we ordered and staff said scoffables description was wrong. It was cold and bland. Also the cheese on top of calzone was brick solid.

Delivery was meant to be an hour, ended up 1.45 hours, wont be ordering for delivery again

Delivery time is horrendous .3 hours for a Delivery is poor

Placed an order. Was told 1hr. Turned ot to be 1hr 30. Food arrived stone cold. In all fairness i rang up and they said could get a free pizza when call again.

I waited an hour and 40 mins for my pizza, it was freezing when it arrived and then waited another hour for a fresh one to be delivered

Curry no flavour Nan bread not cooked properly. Hoagie very good

Food arrived after an hour and a half ( ordered before 4.45pm)Food was cold. Kebab meat appeared to be days old and was tough and dry. Childrens meals were ok, just a bit soggy where they were obviously in the box a fair while

The food was hot and tasty when it arrived which was over 1 hour and 30 minutes from ordering on scoff able. Would not order from them again as this has happened before

The delivery time we got told was 1 hour but an hr and a half later we still hadn't received our order. Tried to phone a few times and could not get through. Eventually managed to and was told it would be leaving the shop next. When it eventually arrived the juice was missing which we had ordered and the chips were salt only when we specifically asked for salt and vinegar (they never seem to get this right). Food was ok generally but the service of this takeaway is rubbish.

First time ordered everything was fine. today second time and delivery took one hour and 15minutes longer than expected. Plus they dont read notes which you leave for the restaurant, asked for NO onions in my wrap, but yet ended up picking out all onions.

The delivery time was stated at 1 hour 20 mins and actually took 3 hours. After 9pm before we received our meal, as such most of it went to waste

My pizza was all stuck to the top of the box and was freezing cold by the time I got the pizza open it looked a mess inside the box very upset!

The food was cold so it couldnt be wasting and tasted horrible
