Good was cold and soggy Not worth the money

Our pizza was amazing but we waited 2 hours for it to arrive. We are loyal customers and order every Friday, last night was my Christmas night out and I was late due to waiting on my dinner arriving. Kebab King opens at 4pm I placed my order at 4.01 so to say they were busy and had a lot of orders is disappointing, our order was one of the first in, they need to manage their orders better. Also dont tell me it will be 1 hour tell me we are busy and it will be 2 hours at least then I can decide if I want to wait that long!!

Ordered a calzone and forgot to say no veg. Phoned up already made so no problem ill order another. Took double delivery and came at the same time. Got my burger with something over the bottom had to scrape it off. Chips were DISGUSTING. I always ordee from here so I'm VERY disappointed!

The food was of the same high standard as it always is so no complaints there. My issue is that when I chose ASAP as the delivery option it estimated an hour which is fine. But the meal arrived 2 hours from the order being confirmed almost to the minute. I think this is too long considering it is also a Wednesday night which must be far from the busiest nights.

The food is almost always very good and on time. But this time I had to wait almost 2 hours for my order:(

Not happy with my 16" super king munchie box costing £16.95 half the box was chips. Very disappointing with so much competition even locally you'd think business would be more willing to give better value for money.

The meal took nearly 2 hours to arrive.!I phoned 3 times and was told it was with the delivery driver. Only when I threatened to cancel did I receive it.?

Dry kebab meat , and overall , pretty tasteless

Food took nearly 1 1/2 hours to arrive and was barely warm by the time I got it not a very pleasant experience. Dissappointed to say the least considering it cost me over 10 quid.

Terrible service ... ordered a meal deal and when it came the kebab had literally about 6 bits of donner with a nan beead dont know what he wanted me to eat with the nan bread as the donner was lost... phoned to vomplain and got told "yeah we ran out of kebab meat but if you want i can put a fresh one on it will be 45 minutes" WHY NOT PUT A FRESH ONE IN FOR THE ORDER NOT AFTER !!?!! disrespect on the phone shocking service and quality wont be back

Order was accepted at 19:57, delivery was expected 1 hour later, called the restaurant almost an hour and 20mins later to be told my order had just let the store, only to show up 20mins later, cold and missing items

2 hours delivery time and foid was cold

Chicken tika wrap there was very little tika mostly all salad

The curry was too spicy when I asked for mild it tasted like a microwaved meal. :(
