Chips were stale like they had been cooked hours before serving.

Waited over2.30 hours when food arrived was not good portion size was very poor only 4 bits of chicken in patia could not see which was what as nothing written on tubs , driver said the shop put on extra pakora but nothing was there

The chips tasted like they were stale and didn't seem like there was salt and vinegar on them (even tho we selected this when ordering). There was also far too much cheese on the pizza.

Half hour late food was cold

Food was cold and wasnt given any sauces either

Was updated to 50 mins ended up being 1.5 hours which would be understandable if the food was fresh and edible . We havent used for a while due to a bad order hoping it was a once of we gave it another try .. never again waste of money!

I asked on the comments box when ordering if the shop can add cheese , and chilli sauce To make chips cheese & donar meat witg chilli sauce But wheb my order came it was without cheese , and chilli sauce & chips werent even salted Prob wont be ordering out here agqjn . Eeally disappointed

Kebab meet was stale and pizza still raw!

Dry food cold food terrible all round

We have had food from kebab king quite a few times. Tonight I spent amost £30 on a takeaway from here, one of the dishes was a chicken pakora which was delivered with the pakora sauce missing. I called them straight away to inform them it was missing to be told that he would get a sauce to me asap. 5 hours later still no sauce. It may seem trivial but the pakora cost £5 and I certainly dont enjoy it without the sauce so it went in the bin. Terrible service made worse by a false promise to send the sauce which never arrived.

The chips were alright but the mound of cheese on top was a bit muchBut the dinner pakora had a hair cooked into the batter and instantly put me off, shop was already closed so couldnt call in. Not a good experience at all and a waste of my money

My order got confirmed but never recieved my delivery and not even a phone call to say it wasnt coming

Chicken was dry, salad was just shredded cabbage and not ebough sauce

We order from here very regularly easiky spend £40-£60 a week. Last night we had the worst experience we have ever had. Almost a 3 hour delivery time, to then be delivered the wrong order. I phoned the branch at this point to complain and heard the person on the phone almost shouting at the poor delivery driver. The driver was told to then bring our order so he did.. This order had been in someone else's house he then took the order that we had back to deliver to the correct customer. I'm appauled that the order that was in someone else's house was able to be delivered especially while covid is on the rise again. They have certainly lost our custom now with the way they spoke to us on the phone and how they handled the entire situation.

Order was clearly rushed and no attention given to the actual order.

The place is dirty needs updating no hygiene opening bags of cheese with a pens waited ages for food after selecting time to pick order up food was greasy and unpleasant to eat won't be back

baked potato was horrible aswell as the salad and the breaded mushrooms were burnt to a crisp , will not order from here again

Paid extra to have cheese on my chips and didnt come with cheese and also was a little cold usually a really enjoy the kebab king sadly not so much this time

Waited 1hr 40 for delivery nan and donna meat dry must have been lying about forgotten about
