Baked potatoes was cut into chunks, asked for cheese,paid for cheese and didnt get any cheese at all

Food is excellent . but the service hopeless nearly two hours to get a meal when quoted 50 minutes .not good enough .this was not a one off but a regular occurrence .

This is normally my fri night fave! Tonight it took 2hrs to arrive(after 2 phone calls) kebab meat was hard and dry and the bread was rock solid! Pizza was cold and dry and the chips were freezing! The only thing that was still hot was the daughters chicken popcorn and she fell asleep before it arrived so I ate that!lol!

Pizza over cooked chips have been changed so arent great.

Took 3hrs to arrive. Food was average quality.

Anytime I use this scoffable website theirs always something wrong with my orders, think Ill just be using the shops online ordering

Food took 1.5hrs to be delivered with an ETA of 50mins. Restaurant shut 1hr before food was delivered so left wondering if food would actually arrive and no way to contact them. Food arrived hot but soggy in a soggy cardboard box with a hot can of juice on top.

Usually love the skyscraper burger and chips but last night had to wait over an hour and half for Jamie to deliver it the burger very dry with a tiny bit of heat in it and the chips cold and very hard they were fit for the bin the burger was just edible but the chips where not pretty gutted as its the only place that does the best burgers

Avoid at all costs place is a shambles never get an order right and even when they do its rotten. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

food was over 2 hours from callinh and when it arrived the box was soaking, the food inside wss frozen and soggy

Never again. Food took over 2 hours to arrive and 2 phone calls to the restaurant who told me each time it was next to go out. Arrived burnt and cold.

Ordered chips, cheese donner meat only got chips & cheese. Had enough now of ordering off scoffable & not having an order rite!!!

Missing dip, donnar kebab was not assembled had to dig the pitta bread out and everything was covering it, the delivery time was twice the time of estimated delivery

Arrived over 20 mins late and was cold.

Ordered a large kebab , doner meat was so dry and hard like it had been cut and left to dry hours and hours ago , doner meat is best when freshly cut

Absolutely loved my meal, only forgot my sauce which was the only way I could eat it.

Sauce tasted different from last weeks
