Order tried to come 2 hour later

Need to pay more attention to the orders. Ask for 2l bottle of irn bro but get a 1.5l cola. Pizza was great and delivered hot and quick As the delivery girl said the shop was quiet, so shouldnt be any reason for gettin the full order wrong

2 hours for delivery after stating it would take 50 mins i phoned twice to see where my order was the 1st time i was told should he there in a minute 30 mins later i was still waiting phoned again to be told not there problem. To then top it off food was cold one of the pizzas was so dry it was unediable chips where soggy and cold very disappointed will not be back here for food.

Was over an hour and half over the 40 minutes given , called to be told driver left 10 mins ago for the food to arrive 30 minutes after the phone call so 2 hrs 40 after placing the order it arrives and its stone cold and like rubber ! Best we got from it is half price when we order next .... because that makes you want to order again right enough 🙄

The kebab meat was like leather when in the bin so did the chips they where rock hard why would they send food out like this never again am I ordering from this place again

Delivery time was estimated at 50 mins. Order took over 2 hours to arrive and was stone cold !! Wont be using again

Was quite disappointed when I had to phone for my order as it was 20mins late and to hear it hadnt even left the shop yet, only for it arrive very cold. The cheese on the chips had went cold causing it to stick to the box. Asked for mayo on the burger but didnt get it.Can definitely say first and last time.

Food was stale, cold and felt like ot was made yesterday, will not be back conplete waste of money.

We were told 50 mins for delivery and it turned up 2 hours later. Korma was watery and no where near as good as usual.

Wasnt what we wanted chips were cold not coming back want a refund

1 hour and 10 mins for 2 hoagies is unacceptable

Arrived almost 2hrs of ordering and when arrived chips didnt have cheese on them after paying £1 for it

Used to be a good shop now its went down hill always get hard rubber kebab meat got a large chips chees donnor in there's about 4 bits in it half cooked chips shops went down hill. Bein using the shop for years now and will be my last order now

Too long waiting time for delivery

Took over an hour for the food to arrive. But there was no juice with it. Phone straight away. In fact I had to phone several times about the juice. Finally got it 2 hours after the food was delivered. Not sure if I will order from here again
