Was given the wrong sauce

Took over 2 and a half hours to arrive we had to phone and ask where order was, the estimated arrival time was supposed to be 1 hour according to the email i received. Food was lukewarm on arrival.

Order wasnt ready when told time to collect, waited half n hour extra. 1 dish was 2 bits of chicken

Food is also amazing but was 40 minutes late when I phoned hadnt even left the shop , ended up going to collect and was still in the oven!

Think they had cleaning product on the pizza cutting but couldnt eat the pizza tasted like cleaning product

Burger didnt taste too good forgot cheese on my chips

Paid separated salad and chili sauce didn't come with kebab. I phoned them soon and they were supposed to deliver them but it was never done.I had only tasteless kebab. So disappointed.

Not everything was there rice was dry

Waited 2 hours. Chips were hard and burn could not eat them nan was rock solid and hogie was cold

Pakora batter was rock hard as was the chicken in it. Veg pakora was the same. Yesterdays been refried i think. Nann bread had a big hole in it aswell. Wont be back.

Not going into specifics but in general the meal was cold , tasteless and poorly prepared.

Order was undercooked pizza was a state.

Waited an hour after ordering, called to ask how long it would be, they said another 30 minutes.. obviously had forgot the order. It arrived 2 hours after initial order. Food was okay but not worth the wait..wont be back.

2 hrs wait to get the wrong food to then wait another 2 hrs to get my correct order shocking

Placed my order at 20:45 for 3 naan breads and a portion of coleslaw and received an estimated delivery time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes passed and still no delivery. Contacted Kebab King and asked for an update and was told that the delivery driver was just leaving with my order. Another hour passed, attempted to contact the shop again but no answer. Delivery finally arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes after I placed the order, all three naan breads were frozen cold. Horrendous service all around.

The kebab meat was cold and so was the chips and the cheese was not even melted as it was that cold!

Said 50 mins on receipt was more like 2hr

This was absolutely disgusting never seen nothing like that in my life I will be personally phoning shop today I want my money back and there take away is there for them to pick up.
