Order was nearly 2 hours and there was no chilli sauce that we ordered and paid for. The calzone has sauce in it when we requested no sauce. When I phoned I was told thats how its made its on the menu read the menu then he hung up on us. Very very poor customer service with a disgusting attitude on the phone.

Food was freezing when it arrived, and the driver didnt know it was payed online pizza was burnt

3 hours for delivery, order came wrong, replacement burger was wrong as had no salad, delivery driver just left on doorstep withut knocking door, didnt know it was there until my son came home from work. Very unhappy with service tonight.

Ordered food at 6.30pm, was given an estimate of 1 hour delivery. After 1 hour 45 I phoned and was told they hadn't even started cooking our order. Food finally arrived after 2 hours 45 minutes!!! They also did not include the spiced onions with the order.

Second time ordering and was stuff missing was supposed to bring stuff out never appeared

I not only had my order cancelled i had to ask for the prder to be done sp scpffsble managed to place the order to help me get my food but when i phoned the guy on the 0hone was very rude telling me its not his problem they sre busy and cant do my order and told me its not there job to get my money back when it was originally cancelled, then when it got put through i was told it will be ready as soon as possible but they done everyone elses order including people who went into the shop after me and left me sitting in the shop for over an hour and when i got the food it was basically frozen it and tasted disgusting

Delivery took 2 hours, phoned the shop to see the status of the delivery & was lied to the first 2 times then hung up on when i enquired about the delivery time.Food was average & was colder than expected when the shop is 0.2 miles away.

Got a mixed king kebab and a cheese burger meal the burger was uncooked and roll still had ice in the middle the chicken in the kebab was also cold uncooked not a pleasant meal and the enviromental health should be checking the goods coming out there never again will i go here

Our food took almost 2 hours to arrive. The pizzas were much smaller than usual and our burgers were both missing sauce and salad. I understand the pressure Covid-19 is putting on these businesses but there is never an excuse to sacrifice quality as this is what people come here for. No explanation or apologies for the lateness or lack of attention to our order

I normally always order from here and its always good. But last night it wasnt nice at all. Delivery took ages to come and food was nearly cold. Chips looked reheated and found black stuff in it, chicken pakora had a tiny bit of chicken in it and the rest was batter and when I first opened the pakora it looked like it had been dropped, salad was everywhere. I wont be ordering again

Horrendous, over a two hour wait for lukewarm food..

Ive emailed you a picture of my delivery... it looked as if it had been tbrown across rhe room. The manager refused me a refund and was extremely rude to me.and just said he was busy.

We waited almost 3 hours for our delivery to come, but the food was great.

Was informed estimated time was 50 minute , phoned up after 70 minutes to be told it was on its way , phoned up again after 87 minutes as still no sign of it was told it was on its way but told them this was not good enough and he asked me to hold , while on phone order arrived 92 minutes this took , just short of double the estimated time
