Worse place ever ordered food and it never came i tried phoning them but they kept pick the phone and hanging up would order somewhere else as your food wont arrive and the staff are just as bad as the service if you can call it that

I ordered food on Saturday evening at 19:45 from Kebab King. I understand it is a very busy evening. However, the order took 75 minutes to arrive, baring in mind we also live in Whitburn. I was disappointed as I had only ordered a 12 Cheese pizza. We have recently moved to the area and order here frequently. We enjoy the food but were a bit let down with the length of time it took to arrive. The food is fantastic and great quality and staff are very nice over the phone. Would give 10/10 for food & service, although Id recommend collection as this isnt the first time we have had to phone to check up on our order.

Salad consists of more than just chopped onion. As for delivery taking 1.5 hrs if i walked to shop i would have had it within half an hour

Placed order at 5.30 and never received delivery until 7.20. Phoned at 6.40 was told it was on its way only to be delivered without one of items! All food was quite cold and never received much customer service if honest!

Estimated 50 min delivery but 2 hours later fod finally arrived around be cold not the first time either usually 2+ hours to get your delivery when you call to ask the guy is rude and unhelpful they do not keep u updated on your order at all food is burnt and cold should not be allowed on the site

Made an order for 2 kebabs, after an hour and 20 minutes it arrived and 1 of them was so cold, I called to complain and they told me to put it in the microwave!! I told them no I wanted a hot order delivered, than it took another 45 minutes to order the kebab taking the wait time to over 2 hours so it was refused. I raised a complaint against the order last night on the scoffable website to have the kebab refunded, will not order from this place again

Second time i have ordered something and haven't received my juice, and the donner meat looked and tasted like its weeks out of datw

Was given estimated time of 50 minutes but was almost 2 hours. Called the shop and was told it was already out for delivery, but still didnt show up for another half hour. Shop then called back to ask if it was okay for them to give me a substitute (even though they had already apparently sent my order out). And when the food arrived it was still cold. Really disappointing because their food is usually very good - we just dont appreciate being lied to.
