Made an order for 2 kebabs, after an hour and 20 minutes it arrived and 1 of them was so cold, I called to complain and they told me to put it in the microwave!! I told them no I wanted a hot order delivered, than it took another 45 minutes to order the kebab taking the wait time to over 2 hours so it was refused. I raised a complaint against the order last night on the scoffable website to have the kebab refunded, will not order from this place again

Second time i have ordered something and haven't received my juice, and the donner meat looked and tasted like its weeks out of datw

Was given estimated time of 50 minutes but was almost 2 hours. Called the shop and was told it was already out for delivery, but still didnt show up for another half hour. Shop then called back to ask if it was okay for them to give me a substitute (even though they had already apparently sent my order out). And when the food arrived it was still cold. Really disappointing because their food is usually very good - we just dont appreciate being lied to.

Got the wrong juice my partner salt and pepper chips where just pain justs half my chicken pakora was just mush in side and turned up cold

Lamb was to tough to eat and salad was turning discoloured. Went in the bin

Meant to be ready for collection at half past and it hasnt even been started to be made at that point

Placed orderfor pick up and arrived at stated time, but somewhat annoyingly they didn't start preparing the order until I arrived

Took 2 hours and food was wrong

Waited 2 hours for a kebab and chips with can of cola, got vegetables that i didn't want and my cola was Pepsi

Did recieve all my order after been paid for

Delivery took 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive...never again!

Gave me the wrong toppings on my pizza

Waiting time was not good at all (1 hour 35 mins) and when I called twice, I was told my meal had left on 2 separate occasions.The food though I have to say was delicious.

Delivery was 2hrs and pizza was cold when delivered

Ordered a 4:22pm delivered at 6:05pm - unacceptable delivery time, food was warm but not hot as I would have expected and a bit dried up. I understand you may have been busy due to Xmas holidays but even if wed had the estimated delivery time to manage our expectations would have been better and we would have chosen to then come pick it up or cancel.

First time I havent been happy as Ive used Kebab King several times. Veggie pizza was not meant to have chilli but it was very spicy and I am not a chilli lover.
