Terrible service and would never order for delivery again. I phoned them after 1 hour after my order was placed to see if it was on its way yet, I was told it was 'just being packed'. Another 50 minutes went by after this call so I phoned again and was told it was 'out fordelivery'... It took 2 hours 15 minutes in total for my order to come ! Rude staff on the phone and seemed to not care or treat my order as important.

Ordered two kebabs with sauce on one, sauce separate in the other - and a third (extra) sauce.No sauces came.I phoned up and they said they would send the sauces. They never sent the sauces. Have you ever tried to eat a kebab with no sauce?

Had to wait over a hour things missing and wasnt nice ended in the bin thats us finished ordering from there

Food arrived cold and selected a can of coke but received irn bru which I can't stand.

Salad was missing from order

After waiting over an hour my juice was missing from order and when inphomed up they said they wojld send it out had go phone an hour later and they says delivery driver is away home and can't send juice out so losy 3 pound

Took 2 hours to come and when we first called they said it was on way. The 2nd call were told they were waiting on the driver. Poor service and average food.

Food took 2 hours to arrive and wasnt that warm

Ordered online for collection as usual but i still had a further 20mins to wait once i got there (making a total of 50mins from ordering) and then when i got home i discovered that an item (tray of donner meat) was missing. I called the shop and delivery was arranged but that took a further 45mins and then it didnt have any chilli sauce on which the online order clearly requested. The quality of the food however was very good (chicken chasni meal deal and a spicy pizza) but it's very frustrating when you drive 15mins for a collection and dont get all that items that were ordered.

Waited for nearly 2 hours for my meal to be delivered and it was cold when it eventually arrived.

Order placed at 16.45 still hadn't arrived by 18.00 so phoned & was told the delivery had just left. I live five minutes from shop eventually my order arrived at 18.30 so clearly it hadn't left the shop at 18.00. Very disappointed with their service.

All food was freezing when it was delivered , no chilli sauce with the kebab . Most of the order went in the bin a total waste of £23 , wont be buying from them again. Totally disappointed

Did not recieve what i ordered and paid for ... substitute was provided which was not acceptable!!

Waited over an hour for delivery. Chips and onion rings soggy majority of munchie box cold. Chicken pakora tasted dry. Definitely wouldnt reconvened not worth the long wait very disappointed customer

Unfortunately had to wait over two hours for delivery. Food was barley warm. Been ordering from kebab king for 5 years and have never had a complaint but my last 3 deliveries have not been great experiences. Not sure if Ill be ordering again.

There was serval things wrong with this but dodntbreprder due to the low quality of the food, kids pizza asked for to be well done this was burnt on bottom, burger was also burnt round edges and cold in middle, garlic and cheese ban there was no garlic, kids meals came with cheese over chips never asked for this.

Ordered my food at 4:15 and didnt arrive until 5:50 after phoning twice to see why it was taking so long and being told it was on its way it finally arrived and the nan bread was missing phoned the shop and they said they would get it to me 20 minutes later my food was warm not hot and by the time I I got my nan bread my curry was cold. I always ordered from kebab king but the last 3 times the wait has been to long and the food not great but today was just ridiculous 2 hrs by the time all my food was delivered and was not good at all
