Delivery took 1 hr 20 to get here after an estimate of 40mins. Food was Luke warm, Onion bhajis were overcooked and naan breads were undercooked (very stodgy). Very disappointing.

Terrible service food was very cold. Burger didn't taste cooked properly and nor did chips no happy with this at all as it was a disappointment.

Delivery took twice as long as expected

Food was ok but had an hour and a half wait for delivery. I wasn't told it would be as long so not great service when you're expecting your food in half an hour and you have to wait 3 times that. Even when i phoned to check i was told it was next one out....45 minutes later it finally arrived. I understand places are busy, especially at weekends, but at least give your customer an honest estimated time for delivery.

Ordered a kebab got told there was no kebab meat got left with chicken pakora and a salad

Food was 2 hours and 16 mins late. The place is a 6 min drive away!!!

Nearly 2 hours for order to come. And when it did it was cold and undercooked. Order was placed at 1845 I phoned at 2005 to ask where was I was told was about to leave I never got my delivery till 2040.

It took over 1 hour for the food to be delivered, and one of the items was cold when we got it.

Took a long time for delivery and i had to call 3 times - no apology and food was just ok!
