Waited 1hr 45 mins meal was frozen called them up to replace it second one was ok

Not a lot of lamb in the curry and cold

Hadnt even left the store after waiting an hour and a half for the food.

Hours late with our order. Phones few times to see where the order is

Food was a bit dry and gave me a bit of a stomach after eating the food. However i will say the food was hot though.

Asked for ASAP delivery it took two hours for delivery only 3miles distance and if thats there ASAP time i wouldnt recommend

Did not provide one item that was ordered. Do not order from them.

Waited 2 hours on my delivery. Phoned 3 times. When food arrived was a little warm but still needed heated up.

Again this is my 3rd order and the order had items missing. I also stated no side with the pakora which it arrived with and the pakora was all soggy.

Waited far too long for delivery 1.45 hours, when phoned to ask whats happened got a grumpy man on the phone, no sorry nothing just barked its out for delivery and hung up!!!

Didn't get the can of juice chosen. Didn't get the right kind of juice bottle ordered and missing dip. Called them up they said they'd send the dip out still no sign of it. Won't be ordering again.

No salad or sauce even although it was paid for

The food was terrible,I usually enjoy my kebab king order but it was just not nice...the chicken pakora,chicken chaat,chicken tikka in the family box were that hot u couldnt eat them,the spicy mince on the pizza was too hot to eat n the full box of chips were hard and disgusting...we are a spicy food family but this was too spicy to eat,in fact I could t tell u if anything else tasted good because it was that hot it completely ruined the order...there is spicy and then there was this...a complete waste of about £25...it was that bad I didnt even bother to fone and complain because all they wouldve done was remake the same rubbish...n that had completely wasted my dinner...wont b ordering again which is sad because their food is normally nice,not to spicy n well cooked...sorry in advance but you missed the lowest mark with this meal :( :(On the plus side though the delivery was within a reasonable time,the delivery guy was pleasant and the food was hot when it arrived

Wrong meal sent! Ordered a kebab & was given a calazone! Went in the bin. Was too late to do anything about it as I was leaving for work.

Despite me asking that all items were in the bag before leaving the shop i got home to find that they had forgotten to put in the spiced onions!

Look, Im a regular to Kebab King, and usually the food is fantastic, but Im afraid to say my friends food last night was dreadful. He ordered a mixed calzone, but asked for it without onion. My friend can not stand onion, and guess what? Onion al through his calzone. The donner meat was burnt on the inside (charcoal), and parts of them outside of it was charcoal as well. The reason he hates onion is because it gives him a dodgy stomach, and hes been in and out of the bathroom all night.Really disappointed from this place as I am a regular. Couldve been that my friend had an onion allergy, and you lot wouldve been responsible because you didnt bother to read the special request. Dispicable.

Took 1.5 hours to arrive and was told my order was the next out but still waited another half an hour. Also told that minimum order was £7 so added a pot of sauce to make up the difference and when the order arrived, no sauce. The food itself was fine.

Awful customer service
