Took 1.5 hours to arrive and was told my order was the next out but still waited another half an hour. Also told that minimum order was £7 so added a pot of sauce to make up the difference and when the order arrived, no sauce. The food itself was fine.

Food came two hours after order. It was cold, the chicken was dry, the fries were soggy, and the ordered drink never arrived. Will not be ordering from again.

Food itself was good and good portion size however the delivery time was horrendous, 1 hour and 50 minutes. I had to call twice to ask where my order was. Would think there should be a system of the business being able to let its customers know? Not happyDavid

Order took over 2 hours to arrive and there restaurant is only 15 min away from my house

Ordered food at 11.35 or there abouts. It came at 1am, delivery driver got lost and is too much of a man to ask for directions. Food was rubbery, cold and tasted disgusting when we finally got to eat it. My food was totally ruined, ordered scampi and got sent bloody chicken nuggets; that i am unable to eat! Will not be ordering from here again.

Waited 2 hours we phoned around1 hour 30 mins after placing the order to find out they had not even made it or received it supposedly. So waited another 30 mins. Food was great i cant fault it but ridic wait time

Never had the extra dip that I ordered took 1 hr and 20 mins to arrive after being ordered when the place is 0.5 mile away

Order was wrong. Waited over 3 hours for it to be fixed and still nothing!!! Phoned just after it arrived for free hoagies next time you order instead of offering to fix the mistake tonight, after being told that I wanted them tonight, I was told it was extremely busy so I might have to wait. Nearly closing time for the place and still nothing! Got a cheek to send an email asking for feedback!!!

Only half the order arrived an was told the rest would arrive in 20 mins. 1 hr 39 mins later no rerurn

Forgot the dip

I got a donar burger and the meat was like leather,will never order from here again.
