Delivery took over 1 1/2 hours to get here. .

Delivery time is shocking

Food was ok but 2 and a half hour wait is unaceptable. The delivery charge is 3.50 for this i want a much better service. When i called to see how much longer,2hours at this point was told aww not much longer,no apology or anything not happy!

Delivery was almost 2 hours and was like warm when it arrived. Called the restaurant after 1 hour 40 minutes to see how long it would be and the operator talked over me twice and didn’t seem to care that I’d been waiting so long. We order from kebab king regularly and the food is really good but poor customer service and extensive waiting times for ‘fast food’ is likely to stop us visiting again. Waiting times have been getting worse and worse for the last 6 months so whatever problems they are having with deliveries obviously isn’t being addressed

Waited over an hour for the order. Three curries came .. not a name on one of them.. game of roulette for our friend who wanted a mild curry.

Was over 1 hour for delivery.

No salad with kebab. This is what i enjoy most and had to share salad with friend who got salad kebab

Didn’t receive my order after 2 hours, called them, they said it was on its way. Another hour passed, and another and now the place is closed. Disgraceful. Will never be ordering again.

40 minutes lates and no chilly souce

The order took 1.5 h to be delivered Secondly the order arrived cold Third the one of the chicken kebabs which mesnt to be king size had 6 pices of chicken.

Food was great as it always is but the delivery time is consistently close to 2 hours. The food was cold by the time it arrived and needed to be microwaved.

I never received

Delivery time AGAIN was far too long over 1.5 hours. Had to call like last time I ordered to be told it’s the next one out. Decent food, just not worth the wait, the shame is your driver loses out on a tip because of overall service.

Ordered mix grill box for £11.95 +£2.50 delivery. Recieved mixed pakora box which doesnt even equate to that ammount so i as well as the wrong order i was ripped off for my money. On top of this majority of the "mixed" pakora was some weird donner pakora which was so disgusting it was not even edible. Ate some chips and threw the rest in the bin. It was ordered at 10:30 pm and didnt arrive until 12:30am so was unable to send back and swap order. Worst food delivery ive ever had. Never again. It was totally disgusting as well as wrong order and long wait. 0 stars

Took 2 hours to arrive

Shorted my order Paid for juice and never got.

Waited 2 hours for delivery .

Ordered at 18.03. Arrived at 19.45!
