Waited too long for food kept phoned up 4 times and kept getting told the food was on it way took an hour and a half. Food was cold and didn't enjoy it when it eventually arrived

Order was missing a component. When I called they did apologise and agreed to send the item up, which took a further 30 mins

Ordered a Grill box. No lamb tikka, no chicken tikka no salad no coke. That’s a munchie box not grill box. Kebab meat cold and rubbery like my leather jacket even the dog refused to eat it. Disgusting

Took almost two hours to arrive

Took an 1hr and 10 mins and food was cold couldn’t even eat it went in the bin

absolutely disgusting food. inedible. will never order from here again.

Nearly an hour and a half for delivery,no time update,wasnt sent pizza that we ordered

The delivery time I felt was unacceptable, placed order at 7.48 and had to call the kebab king to see what was happening at 9.10pm

My order took 1 hour (wed) and my chili sauce was all over the outside of my pizza box

Ordered a simple tray of doner meat and chilli sauce, took nearly an hour to come and no chilli sauce, I then phoned the restaurant and they said that they would bring the chilli sauce and then bob showed my food was also cold when it got here!

Slow delivery (2hours on a Monday night) and once received order incorrect

I asked for a lamb dish, I with nan bread, I received chicken and no nan. I asked for fried rice, got boiled, got chips and cheese, which were cold, I could have walked back from the shop and they would still have been warm. I have bought previously from kebab King, which I enjoyed. I don't know why there was such a big difference when ordering online and ordering in shop.

Took over an hour with no update asked for salad received none and was just warm wonr use again

Shocking service & wont be using online again. Food was cold , they also forgot my sauce & delivery driver didnt give me the right change back!!!. Not good enough.

The only problem this takeaway have is delivery service. Took them 1h45mins last night tl get my order in. I’m only 5mls away from it.

The food was okay but I waited 2 and a half hours for a £13 order. Wouldn’t order again.

3 hours for a kebab and juice, phoned and it was always just leaving, I understand it’s a busy time but why keep taking online orders!

No timescale given, called after 1hr 10 mins to be told next one to leave, called again another 1 hr later to be told next one to leave. Had to collect after 2 hrs 30 mins and order was burned, incorrect and full delivery charge not refunded. Second time this has happened.

Took 2 hours and was freezing
