We waited 2 hours for our delivery, after an hour we phoned to be told we were next out to be delivered, after half an hour and no sign of it we phoned back. We were then assured that we would be next out. Half an hour later we received out food which took us to just over the 2 hour mark!! Won’t be back

Took way to long to be delivered, requested a delivery time and wasn’t delivered anywhere near the requested time. However on a positive note the food was of a decent standard.

Waited over an 01:45 for my order

Very long time to delivery , 2.5 hours . Last time i take order to delivery

Took over an hour to arrive & when it did it was cold

Kebab meat was disappointing, and there was salad with the baked potato that wasn’t an option when ordering.

Over an hour and a half for delivery on a Wed night. Very poor

Wrong burger was sent out called to get it change and told they were too busy an I get some money off my next order but didn’t not take any details to guarantee that would happen

Wrong order and waited 2 hours

When my order came it was wrong I called them and they said they would send another budget box which was ment to be chips cheese donner meat and chicken pakora. The first one was just chips and pakora. It was good enough to of then to send another I asked if they wanted me to keep the wrong one and give it back was told no so my daughter started to eat it. When they came to drop the other one off they asked to see the wrong one luckily I had took photos. Anyway goes back in after taking it and it was wrong again didn't bother phoning back as was getting late but maybe need to pay attention to orders to avoid this in future.
