chips were cold and not chippy chips, brown sauce was missing

me and my family ended up with a really sore stomach and felt really ill the day after ordering from here

Food was cold when delivered

When reading the menu make sure its not a small stater as shown as a main on website on both platforms. Some of these portions should maybe be due to size, put in the starters section? £6.10 for 4 really small garlic bread and tomatoes scattered, thought it was a pizza I bought as per menu. The feed back from takeaway is oh well. To be honest youre better getting in the car and getting it cheaper and larger by going to Aldi or Lidls for a bigger portion and soooo much cheaper!! I had it due to hunger, still hungry! Definitely wont be back!

Very greasy and wet

Soggy batter had to put in air fryer

If there was a grade between good and bad i would have given it. My wife andI had a fish supper but the fish was either overcooked, or reheated fish and batter was very dry and over crispy, Chips were okay. Service was very prompt.

Took that long to be delivered the boxes and pizza were soggy and chips were sticking to the grease proof paper and breaking when you tried to pick up with a fork , chips are questionable in general

Kebab was very dry and salad poor very dry again

Could have been nice meal if it was hot.it wasnt even lukewarm

Food was cool and fritters had a burnt taste. When we took our food out of the delivery bag one of the single fish was wrapped in paper and was placed under the rest of our order, fritters and a boxed special fish. Think better to package this at the top or in a box like the special fish as we normally receive from this and other chip shops. Disappointed with the order

The breadcrumbed special fish was either overcooked, or was a reheat.the coating was very dark brown, and over crunchy !!

Ordered at 4 30 told 1 hour thats fine but when pizza got here wasn't even hot normally decent hot pizza but really cold rating 0/10

Pizza a mess chipa just chucked on and burnt doner meat not as good rating about 6 at a push
