Chips were cold chicken was overcooked and dry cold if reheated one place we will not be using again

Ordered at 7pm. Two phone calls to Mari Blu first phonecall at 8.15 said was in car for delivery,2nd at 8.45 to say they hadn't received it and blamed Scoffable!After emailing Scoffable who said they'd received order at 6.59 so problem was with Mari Blu. Scoffable voucher given. Meal finally arrived at 9.45pm. Poor show Mari Blu. Be honest!!

Food was 25 mins over and wasnt even warm to eat. Had to heat in the microwave

Big mixed order, food was great and piping hot when delivered.I commented there had been a wee problem with the previous order and they fixed the issue twice over - great team and their gesture was very appreciated.

Good was nice but didnt deliver can of coke or the £3.40 bottle of juice!

Part of the order missing, worst doner meat Ive ever tasted, Macaroni Cheese was mostly oil/grease with clumps of cheese and upon hearing the dog and 100% seeing the sign saying PLEASE Close the Gate the delivery driver just left the gate swung wide openCarbonara and Ham omelette were both quite nice though

Chips inedible sausage tough look warm not impressed at all. I appreciate food came 4 miles but Ill not b ordering food from here again

I placed an order at 9.55 pm. The confirmation said it would take around an hour. The order did not arrive until 11.45om by which time we had given up and gone to bed. Even if we had wanted the food by that time it was cold and disgusting. How do we request a refund please?
