I got a meal deal box, food came quick and was hot but very dried out. Hardly any chips and missing the sauce

Chips we're really dry, pizza was burnt and batter was hard i could barley cut it. I think they have changed their sauce as it was runny and spicy definitely not usual chippy sauce. Gutted as we have been going here for a long time.

Pizza had clearly been dropped. Delivered anyway. All squished up to one side of pizza box. The bin enjoyed it as we couldn't.

Normally i would give a good rating but our experience tonight was not the best because an hour and a half for our order i phoned to ask and was told the drver left 5mins before I phoned but it still a further 10mins so i was very disappointed

Ordered a mega box for collection, food was warm when I got home. Food overcooked and hard, chicken was dry and garlic pizza had no taste of garlic.

App said 30 mins for delivery but was 1h30m in total after 2 calls to shop to chase.

Our estimated delivery expected times are minimum 40 minutes on weekends depending on the order and location. We were extremely busy on Friday when you made the order for Blackridge. We cook everything fresh and deliver them as soon as, in order, so its fair for everyone unfortunately the weather did not help as our drivers are extra cautious on the roads. Apologies for the delay and lack of updates. Were working on improving our notification system. Thanks for sharing well make this right!

Took over an hour to turn up, when I called the girl said it had just left the shop, it was cold when it arrived so how does that work? Probably would've been nice if it was hot. Next time don't lie!!
