The fried pizza was good but the chips were very undercooked, could not eat them

Fish batter was soggy and not everyone likes the brown sauce separatel and chips weren't fresh dont think I'll be ordering again

Chips were like reheats and cold at the same time. Very disappointed as never had a bad order from here.

Ordered 2x single fish 1x fritters.Received 1x single fish 1x chips and beans.Usually spot on too

Food was ok but Deliveryman was a dead loss (no manners).

Didnt even receive my order and it took my payment

Accepted my order then proceeded to not bother to deliver my food. Terrible service

It wasn't the best take away i have had. When it arrived it was cold it was late and it had hardly any meat in the calzone and was nit the size i ordered. It was also burnt o the top. I will not be using this take away again bor will i be reccomend8ng to anyone. Not a pleasant experience.

Hogi wrapnwas great but munchie bix every bite was like a mouth full if deep fried fat great for washing a beer down but not for eating something you expected to be tasty

Munchy box teased like it was leftover from lunchtime it was a shame cause normally anything from here is good.

My order was messed up. I ordered a jumbo haggis supper and a bottle of juice. My juice was not included in the order when it was delivered and the delivery driver did not come back with a bottle of juice after he drove away. The batter on the haggis was soggy and not at all what I'd expect and the chips were bland and tasteless

asked for non contact delivery and this did not happen. woke children and disrupted the dog, not helpful

Specifically asked for the pizza to be Crispy. It was absolutely nowhere near Crispy! Quite the opposite. 👎🏻

Food was not hot, not enough filling either especially for the money charged

Ordered food at 7.30 2 hours later still hadn't arrived and they refused a refund. Thanks to scoffable they refuned me the money instead.

I ordered a single pizza and single jumbo sausage and it was drenched in chippy sauce, was unable to eat. Usually the place is great but unfortunately let us down tonight

Went to Polbeth chippy today (5th march 2025) & asked for the same thing I have booked before. It was a Double Smoked Sausage and Chips.Ive got home to find I have only been given ONE Smoked Sausage. Im not going back to them tonight as the meal was for myself and my partner. One of us (Me) is only having a few chips now.
