They forgot to deliver pitta breads with both kebab meals. After phoning, they were eventually delivered but food was frozen by then, so binned. Calzone was cool when delivered & red onion & green peppers inside were still raw, didnt seem like they had been cooked at all.

Not a good experience unfortunately. First of all received a phone call to say they could only provide one of the two lamb dishes requested as part of this order, so had to change one to a chicken dish. The Lamb Palak Buffet dish when it did arrive looked nothing like the previous one we had ordered the last time. It looked awful and contained only three small pieces of lamb and didnt taste the best. On phoning the shop after, they stated that there was five pieces in the dish which there wasn't. Effectively the meal consisted of three small pieces of lamb in a mushy spinach and a portion of rice. This cost £8.90 which is very expensive for what was received. The last time we had the dish, it was delicious and there was plenty of it. They have lost a customer. We will not be back.

Hi there really sorry to here about your bad experience, I believe soo you ordered a buffet size, which is a smaller portion size of curry then normal, we always aim to have the same consistency, but if it had lacked this time, we are really sorry for this, we will definitely look into this, as we know you are a very regular customer, and you know what our quality is always like.
