The chicken tikka was very hard and kebab meat was fresh but extremely peppery . I can honestly say it will be the last time i order anything from there £15 of rubbish

First time Ive ordered takeaway from here, and maybe it was because it was a Saturday, but although the portions were generous, the curry only had 3 bits of chicken, and the masala sauce was strangely devoid of flavour - my favourite dish, and this was disappointing. The second dish we had was biriyani - which was just like flavoured rice, rather than a proper biriyani. Not quite sure if I was just unlucky, but there were loads of very glowing reviews, so I was surprised that the food was disappointing. It wasnt terrible - just disappointing, and Ive had much better at many other places in West Lothian.

Average food, chasni 5/10 tastes more like tomato soup than chasni, nan bread not crispy. Chicken pakora average

Really sorry to say this wasnt up to usual standards. Ordered a chicken burger meal and the chicken burger looked like a really cheap one you would get from supermarket, defo not real chicken! And they swapped my juice order without telling me beforehand

First time using them this week I left a fantastic review on Scoffable. Ordered again tonight was absolutely shambolic. Ordered a pizza with an estimated time of 50 mins. 90 mins later called the shop to be told it hadn't left yet but it would be sent within the next 15 mins. Told they were extremely busy due to it being Saturday, told them to cancel the order as their estimate time was way out and his attitude was terrible. I was told to contact scoffable for a refund?? . He then said I was wasting his time and was hung up on. Unbelievably the pizza turned up 25 mins later. Which I told the driver it was cancelled and take it back. Called the shop again to question why after I cancelled the order it was sent . Asked why it was sent after me cancelling and met with hostile attitude and hung up on again. I've never experienced such dispicable customer service and will never recommend or use again.

Customer service shocking , delivery driver went to the wrong door for a start, ordered chips and cheese I would have liked to have received some extra cheese with my chips not a sprinkle on top of the chips , no chilli sauce inside the calzone when stated on menu, phoned up to give some feedback staff member wasnt interested in what I wanted to say and hung up, food was below average wont be back due to lack of customer service skills!

I am a regular at this takeaway & usually happy with the food but the mixed kebab was the worst I ever had & the chicken pakora was not nice to eat. Very disappointed with the food on this occasion

Ordered from here many times without any issues , tonight was I'm afraid a different story...ordered food was given around 40 min delivery ...after 90 mins phoned up to find out where food was , to be told it wasn't ready and would be another 15 mins ...when food finally arrived it was Luke warm at best ,nan bread was cold so must have been sitting for ages .... Really disappointed tonight 😞😞

Simple order 10" pepperoni and spicy beef pizza. Nearly a 2hr wait for a local delivery and the state off the pizza was nothing short of ridiculous. Photo evidence. Awaiting refund.

Pizza tasted good would have been better if it was hot a hour a half for delivery i can see the point for long delivery times when its the weekend not a monday night and still not had a explanation

The fact that if paying with cash delivery drivers have no change,as happened to me i was not willing to give over a £10 tip for a £25 odds meal.
