Food was cold and was asked to pay for it twice as they did not release it had been paid then did release and the food was not that nice either

Got food poisoning

Food was ok but had to wait 2 hours 10 mins for 2 pizzas to be delivered

Food arrived an hour later than expected and everything was freezing cold. Really disappointed as everything looked great on social media.

They forgot to deliver pitta breads with both kebab meals. After phoning, they were eventually delivered but food was frozen by then, so binned. Calzone was cool when delivered & red onion & green peppers inside were still raw, didnt seem like they had been cooked at all.

Always get the order wrong!

Not a good experience unfortunately. First of all received a phone call to say they could only provide one of the two lamb dishes requested as part of this order, so had to change one to a chicken dish. The Lamb Palak Buffet dish when it did arrive looked nothing like the previous one we had ordered the last time. It looked awful and contained only three small pieces of lamb and didnt taste the best. On phoning the shop after, they stated that there was five pieces in the dish which there wasn't. Effectively the meal consisted of three small pieces of lamb in a mushy spinach and a portion of rice. This cost £8.90 which is very expensive for what was received. The last time we had the dish, it was delicious and there was plenty of it. They have lost a customer. We will not be back.

Took 5 hours for my order to arrive

Asked for no veg but had veg nachos were burnt and soggy by the time they were delivered

Sadly no salad or sauce came, even though they were ordered. Delivey was 40mins late. Shame as food was very good, so had to rate as bad.

Kids pizza was burnt that bad he wouldnt eat it asked for no cheese on one hoogie but nothian on both of them

Food was cold took 2hrs for delivery

Twice ive asked for a diet coke and they have given us normal cola. Got the nachos and they were not the best

Ordered spicy chicken nachos. Didnt include the salsa so was so dry. Chicken and mozzarella only

Hi our chips chews and kabab meet was really cold and also the kabab meet tasted like rubber not meet very disappointed the whole box is still there kids meal was good but the box was terrible my son had the biggest melt down that the meet was like plastic / rubber suffer really bad anxiety so couldnt call up to say

Pakora was burnt went into bin

Most of the food had a strange taste. Wont order again.

Pizzas were cold and stale and very brittle hardly any cheese in the stuffed crust we use this restaurant frequently but its went down hill drastically within the last month
