Buy from the royal tandoori often and the food is usually delicious. We ordered a takeout last night and it was very bad not the usual standards at all. Kebab meat was dry hard and looked like it was a week old it was inedible. Kids nuggets were soggy and the chips were brick hard and definitely had been reheated. It was all binned. Delivery driver is always nice tho. Hoping it was just a one off as its usually always great. Not good enough when you spend money on a delivery for dinner and have to order elsewhere.

My order was supposed to have mushroom pakora which it didn't also my bag of chips I received was rediculus which I could have poured into the palm of my hand at £3.50

Was estimated 40 minutes for delivery but it took over 80 minutes to arrive, and that was after I had to contact them. Then when it did arrive the pizza base was hard and the cheese was burnt

To start with the order was 40 minutes late, and I had a chicken biryani and to be honest I imagine sand to have more flavour and moisture

It was good when it opened but standards slipped proper quick. Last nights food was inedible it was tar greasy, the pakora was mush and the kebab meat was literally dripping with it. Attempted to call to complain and return the food but nobody answered.

Ordered two peices of fried chicken and got three chichen dippers instead if i wanted chicken dippers i would have went to iceland. If the fried chicken was not avaliable then should have been contacted to ask for alternative. Seemed like just throw in whats lying about that will do. Definitely won't be back.

Tough lamb disgusting

Order arrived quickly but the pakora was over cooked and my curry was wrong. My husband brought it back and it was replaced but it was still wrong. Usually always great food so hopefully was just a one off.

Order never showed up , shop closed and couldn't get a hold of them.

Got a hoagie which when opened was that greasy it tore apart. Pizza was bang average. Peri chips just chips in a bit of sauce disappointing ma sens

Good food, tasted nice at the time. Ended up with upset tummy and sickness afterwards :(

One thing I can't stand is ordering things only not to receive them, I ordered a bottle of cola . £2.50 ....not received. I ordered chicken tikka extra on burger , paid for it ...not received . You have took £4 from me for nothing. Not great . It's a pity too as the food was good however won't be using again as can't get orders correct.

I have already sent a message about this. Waited an hour and got the worst 2 pizzas you could ever imagine. Really disappointed.

Four items missing from collection order. Garlic naan bread had a bizarre taste which made it inedible. Chicken bhuna was definitely not a bhuna. Overall, disappointing!

Didnt want to go as bad as terrible for rating but first time having this and certainly wont be back waste of money

Pitta bread missing from kebab, driver dropped (and burst) can of juice, offered to replace on next delivery run but didnt turn up.. on the positive side chips and kebab meat were decent
