A young girl named Amy called me to let me know one of my items was unavailable. She was so lovely when helping me choose a substitute and making sure I was happy with my order.

Sent order to local CO-Op for a delivery of groceries. Phone call later saying one item was out of stock. OK, no problem.Order delivered speedily, but was still charged for missing item. Could not be bothered with the hassle of chasing them up.

Had a bit of a mishap with the delivery although this was not the shops fault. I phoned the shop and the lady on the phone was very helpful and quickly remedied the situation, fantastic service.

Delivery guy was nice, got slightly different stuff that I ordered though..
