Missing items

Order took an age to arrive. Didnt have the key component of delivery. Second time this has happened so wont be using again

Was an hour later than supposed to be

Never ordered anything from the Armadale store, and I was given the wrong item.

2 Missing items. Phoned them to ask to send the missing items to be told cant as dont have a driver. They will inform scoffable and should recieve a refund in about 5 days

Part of the order was wrong.

Didn't get my order correct.Shocking

Largest item missing from order! Contacted store immediately to be advised there were no drivers available to deliver item and that they would refund. More attention needs to be paid when packing / checking orders.

Forgot my bread which was on the receipt.

No chicken fillets available in a super market?Not great.

2 items never arrived with order. Tried calling store several times no answer.Driver great and arrived on time. But almost a tenner out of pocket!!

Sent order to local CO-Op for a delivery of groceries. Phone call later saying one item was out of stock. OK, no problem.Order delivered speedily, but was still charged for missing item. Could not be bothered with the hassle of chasing them up.

More than 3 hours to deliver, and after a prompt from scoffable admin

Not received my order yet. Its 6pm n i ordered at 2.40pm

3 hours I waited after being told 90 min shocking service

Ordered at 14:38, delivery was supposed to be an hour, 15:38. It is now 17:50 and no sign of delivery. When the delivery was 1 hour late I contacted Scoffable who advised me that the order was out for delivery.I could have walked to the shop and back in the time Ive waited.Same store delivered to me mid week within an hour so why not today.Wont be using again unless very desperate
