The deilrey hasnt enen arrived, they're more than 2 hours late. No calls.with an eta. Not impressed

I was missing my darkfruits in my order but was told it was not updated on app. Other than that everything was perfect

Nearly 3 hours for delivery and that only because I phoned them up. The shop is within walking distance. The girl in the shop when I phoned nearly 3 hours after the order had to go and bag my order up and deliver it herself. The order was still not on route at this point!

1.5 hour wait on cigarettes and a bottle of juice and cigarettes didnt arrive

Fist off, was alerted delivery 1 hour 30m, got my delivery 2 hours later after a call to the store where I was told more deliveries came in after yours!! Realised my Cigarettes were missing, to be told we will check it out!! Complained to Scoffable (who reimbursed me for them) and the shop said they were sure they put them in!! Basically no investigation and straight to calling me the dishonest one!!

Where is my order ???? It's been 4 hours now
