Substituted an item without calling me 1st. Sub was no good to us. Other than that it was quick.

Generally ok, but improvements could be made. An item I ordered was out of stock, no substitution was sent. I was also only aware of this because I asked the driver, they were not forthcoming about it.Also, I ordered 6 individual chocolate bars, the sent me a 5 multipack instead, with no refund for the missing 1. Only discovered this when unpacking, driver did not make me aware.

Because they dont send the right stuff and had to go to another scotmid store to get the right stuff and got cat treats on my last order and only got 3 sticks of of 6

There were two items not in stock and the cuatomer service at Scotmid called to check on substitutions. This was very professional

Di3 not get my bread

I forgot to get some bread and jam earlier this evening, as my father enjoys his jam pieces for his breakfast and Scotmid came to my aid. Would use this service again.
