Waited over an hour, received calzone instead of pizza but thought they'd made mistake as chicken tikka, which I'd asked for on pizza, was in calzone so ate it as wasn't prepared to wait any longer but other toppings I'd asked for were not in calzone so called tasty bite who actually complained to me that they had to make an extra calzone as order was mixed up and other customer who received my pizza had phoned and they replaced it. They suggested I'd have received the pizza which had been delivered to a different address if I'd have phoned up immediately and returned the calzone which with the current climate regarding covid is a disgrace. No apology for the mistake they made, customer service diabolical, no care whatsoever to the customer, will not be ordering again

A bit shady how I asked for flat base pizza on the notes... however they only do 1 size type of pizza thats thick deep pan looked disgusting never ate it! Any decent take away would call you up to inform you about not being able to accommodate... however no not this joint! Took the money for pizza anyway sent out rotten pizza without any other option.. phoned the gaff and told them to ram it! No the 1st time they have got stuff wrong... place crap like rest of takeaways in Denny

Ordered a bhuna and got some generic red chilli sauce with a stewed chicken breast.

Pretty sure the pizza that I ordered was frozen, cooked then had toppings added to it. Not fresh at all.
