Food was not very warm on arrival. Chips consisted of a lot of small ends. Got a delivery last week and could not fault it.Hit or Miss seems to be the case here.

Chips were fishy, nothing worse when I havent ordered fish.

Delivered the wrong order. Not what I was expecting. Finally got the correct delivery. I suppose we can have a bad day.

Tonight a got a fried pizza was horrible wasnt the right one a asked for and u couldnt bite it as was soild never had food like that out here before defo wasn't a fresh one at all

Very greasy and cold and they charged me £2.50 for a bottle of diet irnbru witch came with a £1.49 price tag on it

First time getting food from here , ordered it the email said 1hr but it came 20 mins and the fish was soggy the chips were horrible. Very disappointed as I always used Tonys when I stayed in Whitburn

Food came it was nice but why do you haveca condiment option on the menu i ticked salt and sauce got nothing on the chips think its shocking that you pay money and dont even get what you ask for and its the first time its happend either maybe next time take the time to actually read the ticket

Pizza base needs to be a lot thinner

1/2 hour over the time given. Food had to be reheated. Sorry. Not what I was expecting from this food outlet.

Unfortunately cheese on the pizza was overcooked which made the pizza very hard and dry

Ordered the garlic pizza and it was really dry and cheese was far 2 overcooked

When you order 2 1/2 chicken you would expect to receive 2 beautifully cooked meals, not one well cooked and one badly overcooked and burnt from the bottom of the pan, it was inedible. I was very disappointed with Tony's last night.The rest of the meal was fine, the haggis fritters and chips were lovely. If we had been sitting in a restaurant my chicken would have been sent back to the kitchen. Tony you have to try harder to make sure food is not overcooked, especially the chicken.

I ordered a can of fanta which wasnt delivered. This has happend before. Unacceptable.

This js my go to chip shop! I put a comment in thr special requirements to say I didn't want mushrooms in my calzone and it came with more mushrooms tjsn anything else.. dissapointed !

Garlic pizza was cold and hard by the time the order arrived, paid extra for lots of chippy sauce and it arrived with barely any. Disappointing as Tonys is usually very good
