Food wasnt very warm when it came. Fish was rubbery and difficult to cut

Time taken was 75 minutes and food slightly cold.

Got order on time with chips missing so phoned them then i got the chip 30 minutes later thy where cold

Waited 40 minutes over estimated delivery time. Food was very greasy and chips were stuck to wrappers resulting in soggy food. Calzone had far too much sauce and was a squidgy mess with undercooked dough. Really do think the oil needs to be changed and food left to drain before serving. Really disappointing and has put us off coming back here.

Was cold and creased and my juice is almost 2 months out of date

Paper was stuck to the food. burger smelt off was also cold and there was more mayonnaise than salad on the burger

Food was great however ordered a bottle of sauce didnt come with the order called 16:45 and was asked if I needed which I did as its part of a gift for someone the cant get proper chippy sauce. Said they would send the driver back out with it. 20:25 and still waiting

Chips were slimey and fish over cooked. Not the usual standard.

Ordered chicken pakora supper what came was no where near pakora the sauce was sweet chilli not chilli and the chicken was not pakora used to be the best chippy in town and best pakora but lately its been a very poor show BRING BACK THE RED PAKORA

Only half of my order had turn up and had to wait a further 15mins to get the rest of the order, when the boy turns up with my pizza the box was wet and pizza was cold, try to call up to let them know and got attitude back and it was in possible as it was in a heat bag?? The delivery boy did not have my pizza in the heat bag, i dont mind heating it up but i dont appreciate being spock to with attitude when u already only gave me half my order all you couldn't have said was sorry and you will speak to you delivery boys to make sure that they are keeping peopls fiod in the bag so it doesn't get wet or cold when being droff

Missed comments about The food in special requests not the first time

Chicken was more batter than actual chicken, chilli sauce was horrible.

Chips were cold, my food wasn't cooked longer pre my instruction. This place is slowly starting to go down hill, it was on of the best chippy around

Burger buns not toasted as requested, please read special instructions. Buns far too soggy so they fell appart, Half fried pizza was full of grease and stuck to paper so couldnt eat. Food normally so much better

There is never enough brown sauce my chip roll had no sauce whatsoever on it a tiny dribble on the fritters and sausages also.

Pizza wasn't cooked properly, staff obviously don't know how to read either, instruction was for food to cook a bit longer not uncooked at all

These guys are usually my favourite takeaway by far,usually more than great!! Unfortunately on this occasion my fish was completely mashed/squashed, when i opened it it looked like just mashed up white fish,asked fir salt and vinegar on it,came plain,partners chipsteak was saturated in salt and vinegar but barely sauce,only wanted salt but extra chippy sauce? Half of order went in bin,couldn't be bothered phoning or that as Unfortunately got bit of bad news

Sadly on this occasion my order was wrong. First time they have ever done that but not good - attention to detail.Good was still edible but the pizza I was looking forward to wasnt what I got
